Job Description

    • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
    • Oversee a social media strategy
    • Manage and maintain the organization’s website(S).
    • Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as facebook and twitter
    • Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
    • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
    • Fix any errors or bugs in online content
    • Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online site
    • Arrange webinars and webcasts
    • Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
    • Write copy for email marketing campaigns
    • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
    • Work on printed material to supplement online products
    • Attend product launches and networks events.
    • Grow & maintain advertisers and agency relationships to effectively build and grow ad revenue.
    • Key person in developing the company’s online presence through creation, implementation and maintenance of the e-commerce platform, website, etc.
    • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets according to sales game plan.
    • At least a Diploma/Degree/Master Degree in Business/E-Commerce/Marketing/IT/Mass Communication, Advertising or any relevant course of study
    • 2 years and above working experience in digital media industry or online media industry (NOT publishing or printing industry)
    • Outstanding ability work style & excellent time management, able to self-motivate, work independently
    • Knowledge in website, photography, video recording & editing will be added advantage
    • An efficient, calm, fast & flexible approach; plan work thoroughly; priorities workload to meet targets and deadlines, manages multiple priorities in a very fast-pace working environment
    • Excellent negotiating and influencing skills; a confident, speedy and effective decision-maker with gravitas and persuasive presentation skills
